Ralph’s Return is the Right Kind of ‘Ice’

It happened on Wednesday, March 4, with little fanfare but much cause for celebration: After a long winter when “Closed for Business” was the only message being served, Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices and Ice Cream returned to its storefront at 196 Seventh Ave. (btw. W. 21st & 22nd Sts.). The 100-flavor purveyor of cool treats is now in the earliest days of Season 3 in Chelsea, having made its debut in mid-June of 2024.
