BY SUSAN PALMER MARSHALL, PRESIDENT, CCBA | The Council of Chelsea Block Associations (CCBA) recently hosted its Summer Soirée at Ora La Casa de Las Flores (229 Ninth Avenue).

Delegates representing CCBA’s Member Block and Tenant Associations gathered with elected officials, their community liaisons, and invited guests for an evening of cocktails and conversation. Throughout the soirée, the room buzzed as attendees exchanged ideas, shared perspectives, and strengthened relationships in service of our community.

The beautifully appointed venue, adorned with flowers, created the perfect setting for attendees to connect and reconnect, reflecting the collaborative spirit that has long defined Chelsea and the enduring partnerships that help preserve our neighborhood’s vitality and quality of life.
