Sunday, October 20’s Blessing of the Animals saw Chelsea Community Church and St. Peter’s Episcopal Church welcome all breeds and denominations to their annual Blessing of the Animals service, at St. Peter’s Chelsea (346 W. 20th St. btw. 8th & 9th Aves.). Rob Mitchell Jr. captured these images of the four-legged guests of honor, and their human friends.
