Community Board 4’s Clinton/Hell’s Kitchen Land Use Committee | From more affordable housing to more schools, parks, hospitals, safe transportation, less noise, better business balance, and preserving the diversity of our neighborhood character, the 50 members of Community Board 4 volunteer to represent the district’s residents, institutions, nonprofit and businesses’ common interests to City agencies, and bring solutions to our district. CB4 requests that applicants with pending DCP, BSA, and LPC applications post notices that identify the application will be on the upcoming agenda of a Land Use Committee meeting (enclosed Sidewalk cafes, for example, are reviewed by the Land Use Committee).

The May meeting of the Clinton/Hell’s Kitchen Land Use Committee is open to the public, and takes place Wed., May 8, 6:30pm at the Port Authority Replacement Center (9th Ave. entrance, btw. W. 40th & 41st Sts., directly inside to the right of the escalators). On the May 8 agenda: The Hell’s Kitchen South Coalition will provide am update on the Neighborhood Plan.
