13th Precinct Build the Block meeting | Let your community policing issues be heard, at a Build the Block meeting held by the 13th Precinct Sector B (7th Ave. to Fifth Ave./14th to 19th Sts., Fifth Ave. to Park Ave./14th to 23rd Sts.). Neighborhood Coordination Officers (aka NCOs) P.O. Vinceta Gishard and P.O. Jonathan Knapp will be in attendance. At the McBurney YMCA, 124 W. 14th St. (btw. 6th and 7th Aves.).
