‘Takeout Flatiron’ Campaign Has Rich Rewards for Four Who Order

Eating establishments were recently permitted to open their doors to the public—at 25 percent capacity, with a possible move, soon, to 35. But still…

“We’re hopeful that dining can return to normal later in 2021, but our restaurants need help to survive this winter,” said James Mettham, Executive Director of the Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership. “We encourage New Yorkers to support these vital businesses by participating in Takeout Flatiron. Every order can make a difference.”

Upland (345 Park Ave. S.) offers imaginative interpretations of cuisine from California and Italy.

Those ordering meals can email screenshots or pictures of their takeout and delivery receipts to takeout@flatirondistrict.nyc. The first two winners will be drawn on March 1, with two more on April 2. Winners will receive 12 gift cards to select Flatiron District restaurants, good for one meal every month for a year.
