To sure signs of spring such as Easter candy on store shelves and Daylight Ssavings Time on clock faces, add the return of Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices and Ice Cream to its storefront at 196 Seventh Ave. (btw. W. 21st & 22nd Sts.). The 100-flavor purveyor of cool treats opened on March 1 for what will be its firs full season in Chelsea, having made its debut in mid-June of last year. UPDATE: MARCH 7, 2025 | Said a Ralph’s spokesperson: “We’re back every day with the hours of 2pm to 10pm. But once the weather gets warme,r we will open earlier and close later. The best way to follow store updates is to follow our instagram @ralphsicesmanhattan.”
