Public/Private Partnership Scenario for NYCHA Protested at Mayor’s Weekly NY1 Gig

The Aug. 19 protest, on a day that saw sidewalks you could fry and egg on, drew many, from all walks of life.

W. 15th St. & 16th Sts.), the Fulton Houses Independent Tenants Association organized a protest of Mayor Bill de Blasio’s plan in moving forward with a public/private partnership at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Robert Fulton Houses in Chelsea, despite opposition from tenants and Community Board 4 (de Blasio has a weekly “Mondays with the Mayor” segment on the Spectrum-owned news channel).
